a.  Lisa Robertson Studio | Lisa Robertson Creative | Lisa Robertson reserves the right to refuse service to anyone if any violation of a professional code of conduct occurs, including harassment, threats, crudeness, or verbal or physical abuse, as determined by Lisa Robertson/LRS, in or outside of Class hours including online toward Lisa or any course participant, without refund.

 

b. If due to a true medical emergency (with documentation supplied) the actor cannot attend the 4-week or 5-week Masterclass, their in-full payment shall be kept in credit for use in future LRS Intensives or the LRS group Saturday Global Class in Los Angeles.  We will ALWAYS do our best to accommodate your training - we wish you to grow!) 

 

If the Masterclass is already underway, that is: the Masterclass is mid-session, there are no partial refunds and no partial make-up courses offered.

c. No credits may be applied to Private Coaching with Lisa or Studio courses not produced by LRS, or produced only "in association with LRS."

d. LRS does not offer any refunds once a place in the MASTERCLASS has been accepted and paid in part or in full. Credits may only be applied to Short Course workshops/masterclasses hosted by Lisa Robertson Studio. ​

e. No career or professional representation or any financial or professional guarantees are offered as part of this avocational course.

f.  All Zoom videos are the property of Lisa Robertson and the actors and assistants, without reservation consent for their image to be reproduced in associated promotional material for Lisa Robertson and LRS.  The actor understands the recorded Class will be placed on a password-protected Vimeo. Advertising or social media posts may include screenshots of the Class, videos of the Class, and may be shared on LRS social media.

g. The actor acknowledges they will NOT audio or video record Lisa, her likeness or voice, or record the sessions in any way, unless with written consent from Lisa Robertson.
